Tom and Jon's fanboy hearts are broken over sci-fi author Orson Scott Card's latest anti-gay rant against California's gay marriage ruling, and they've decided to strike back with some rants of their own. The next few sessions will be a gay old romp through Mr. Card's missive as it's picked apart line by line. Should be a blast!

After another long break, Jon & Tom are back! This installment is all about awards, rewards and how after a long struggle to win your prize has the adventure come to an end... or has it just begun?

It's been an incredible week! Gay marriage in California, an African-American Presidential candidate, and Jon's had three auditions! He and Tom talk about high expectations, show some love to Mrs. Clinton and rant about how hard it is to keep yourself inspired and grounded at the same time. Heavy. I know. And, yes, this relates to gaming. Think about all those first afternoons of that new campaign you've been through. All those high hopes you had for your newly designed half-orc bard/rogue. You know the one. You KNEW how to make it work. Did that campaign end with a big blow out or a pathetic burn out? Happens to all of us. Doesn't mean we're going to stop gathering around the RPG table any time soon.

 We're back! Sorry we were away for so long.

Tom & Jon discuss the curious tendency in many gamers when it comes to combat... they NEVER back down... even when they should, if they know what's good for them. And how, when you think about it, that's not a half-bad way to live.

Jon and Tom talk about Jay Leno, free speech, bully humor and how quickly usually nice, progressive gamers turn into whiny, cruel neo-cons.
